All you should have to do is copy CI into a dir then drop the files of BeP in to the same level.

So CI comes with like:
./System
./index.php

Then just drop the BeP files into that same dir.

I've been trying to install BEP 0.4 for several hours now and it seems incomplete. I have to create folders and files to even get it past the beginning stages. I know that I'm supposed to have CodeIgniter installed, but the documentation doesn't say where. This would be a great tool if I can ever get it working.
